Share the environment
One of the strengths of RealityPlan is that you can easily share an environment you scanned and reorganized with your collaborators or friends.
Sharing the environment
To share the application, you can manage the users and their roles in the role management settings on the cloud platform.
An alternative method for sharing the application is to manually distribute the environment's data folder. You can simply zip the "Data" folder located in your hub's project folder, and then share it via a USB stick or any other file-sharing platform of your choice.
Your environment data is usually contained in the "<User>/Prevu3D/Projects/<environment name>", make sure your zipped file includes all the data folders you need to share.
You can change you projects folder location in the hub settings, be sure to migrate all your projects if you change it.
Note that sharing the application is limited to a strictly reasonable use, you must not share the application on the internet or your license will be revoked if it is shown that too many users use the application. For an extended license, please contact Prevu3D customer service.
