Project grouping

In order to organize projects and sites within your Prevu3D account, you can use the project grouping feature. This allows you to share specific projects with relevant members of your team, or to external collaborators who may not be a part of your organization. You can also map project grouping access to your SSO groups.

To create a new folder, simply click “create” from the projects tab of the online interface, and select “new folder”.


From there, you can either drag and drop existing projects into the relevant folder, or create new projects directly from within the folder.

To share all the contents of a folder, you can click the options button and select “share”.


To share only a specific project, you can refer to the following documentation.

If you are using the SSO feature, you can give access to folders to SSO groups. Simply use the SAML group link at the bottom of the share menu.
