Role management
The following are our recommendations concerning user role management.
User roles
Organization
When a user joins an organization they will automatically have access to every project within the organization. For that reason, we recommend that you only invite people from the organization ex.: Organization XYZ only has users from Company XYZ.
Inviting users to an organization
To invite a user in an organization, navigate to the organization panel and then select the users section. You will then be able to invite a user to the organization if you have the required permissions.
Project
By default, an organization user will have access to all the projects in it. However the proper way of having users in a project is to add them per project, this way you get more control over who has access to what.
Inviting collaborators to a project
To invite a collaborator in a project, navigate to your project and then head to the settings panel and then select the collaborators section. You will then be able to invite a collaborator to the project if you have the required permissions.
