Import 2D

Importing 2D plans of your environment is a great way to add context to your space.

Import floor plans

You can import floor plans & images as planes to your environment. To do so, select the File menu, then click Import.

Select the image, or DXF file you would like to import, and follow the directions. Start by aligning your plan to your environment.

You may edit the settings if you wish to hide elements (layers) from the DXF file.

Your floor plan will appear in your in your space. You can hide it via the Object Panel (show/hide).

Import an image

You can also import images to your space, like floor plans or orthophotos, to include additional information in your project. Simply select File > Import and follow the instructions.
