One of the strengths of Prevu3D is that you can easily share an environment you scanned and reorganized with your collaborators or friends.
Sharing the application
To share the application, you can manage the users and their roles in the role management settings on the cloud platform.
An alternative method for sharing the application is to manually distribute both the executable file and the data associated with it. As the application is a no-install executable, you can simply zip the Prevu3D.exe file together with the relevant "Data" folder, and then share it via a USB stick or any other file-sharing platform of your choice.
Your environment data is usually contained in the "Data" folder alongside the Prevu3D.exe executable but the name might be different (e.g., "MyData", "Data_1", "MyEnvironment", ...), make sure your zipped file includes all the data folders you need to share.
Note that sharing the application is limited to a strictly reasonable use, you must not share the application on the internet or your license will be revoked if it is shown that too many users use the application. For an extended license, please contact Prevu3D customer service.
